今日から3日間にわたり「せんくら」こと仙台クラシックフェスティバル2013が開催されます。
復興センターが企画制作する「街なかコンサート」、その初日を飾るのは仙台フィルのフルート奏者・山元康生さんと仙台の若手実力派フルート奏者・櫻井希さんによる二重奏です。

師匠と弟子による息の合った演奏に観客は魅了された様子でした。ジロー「パリの空の下」では客席からブラボーの声が上がり、日本の唱歌メドレーでは涙を拭う方もいました。
会場には立ち見の方も含め、100名を越えるお客様が集まりました。オフィスビルの昼休み時間帯ということもあり、たくさんのサラリーマンも立ち止まって演奏に耳を傾けていました。

せんくら「街なかコンサート」は明日とあさって、仙台駅前AERと一番町ヤマハ仙台店にて開催します。

We presented the “Concert within the City” at the 2013 Sendai Classical Music Festival. This time out, we invited wind instrument club members from high schools in the tsunami-affected area, as well as musicians with a connection to Miyagi Prefecture. With this project we pray that performers and listeners alike can feel good about life through the power of music.
Today, Yasuo Yamamoto (Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra) and Nozomi Sakurai played an ensemble of the flute at Sendai Trust Tower.
